Tai Chi In The Parks
This program uses Tai Chi forms to:
• Improve physical and mental balance
• Increase flexibility
• Decrease arthritis pain
• Help prevent falls
This 8-week Tai Chi workshop is open to everyone - no experience necessary. Movements can be done seated or standing, making this class accessible to all.
Classes will be held indoors at the Park District Headquarters in our accessible event room. A paved parking lot, access ramp, and restrooms are available on-site. An adult must accompany all children under 12.

This virtual program features the Sun Style of Tai Chi, known for its smooth movements that are safe and effective for all ages and abilities. Benefits include reduced arthritis pain, improved flexibility, and fall prevention. Whether seated or standing, enjoy guided sessions that promote strength, relaxation, and confidence.
